Job Description

• Hold a university degree in business administration, environmental sciences, or other relevant subjects
• Have at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field of work
• Have leadership experience
• Bring a strong technical understanding; expertise in waste management is a plus
• Have excellent organizational and motivational skills
• Bring outstanding attention to detail for the work under the highest social and environmental standards and
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Be able to communicate (written and orally) in English and Nepali
• Be motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible
• Have a positive attitude, a strong sense of team spirit, and identify with NIDISIs core values of “humanity can do better”
