Job Description
- Hold a university degree in business administration, environmental sciences, or other relevant subjects
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field of work
- Have leadership experience
- Bring a strong technical understanding; expertise in waste management is a plus
- Have excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Bring outstanding attention to detail for the work under the highest social and environmental standards and
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Be able to communicate (written and orally) in English and Nepali
- Be motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible
- Have a positive attitude, a strong sense of team spirit, and identify with NIDISIs core values of “humanity can do better”
